Description: Career Center receptionist, responsible for answering phones, making appointments, greeting guests and assisting them with career assessments and other questions. Phone surveys of CSI graduates to report on their employment status. Must have professional telephone skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and must be able to manage confidential information. Description: The Department of English, Languages, & Philosophy has openings for three 10-hour-per-week positions for Work Study. We will consider students interested in a reduced hour schedule of 5-hours-per-week as well. Successful applicants should have completed English 101. We are looking for students who are comfortable working in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, and Canvas. The positions will include a variety of tasks including some typing and filing. The work study students will work for the department and instructors as needed but on a regular schedule. Description: Front desk assistant needed to answer phones, transfer calls to appropriate staff/departments, greet students, faculty/staff and public, assist office staff as needed and assist with record keeping. Must be able to work cohesively with a small team of work-studies as well as office staff. Must project a professional image in-person and over the phone. The position requires detailed tedious work in a fast paced office. Must be able to work in a calm and productive manner. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to the assigned supervisor. Basic computer skills required. A minimum of 2 semesters left to complete at CSI. Call for an interview after July 17th for openings starting July 28th-Aug. 22, and Fall semester starting Aug. 22nd.
